Sandles in winter?

But of course! How can you resist a pair of two-toned, Charles by Charles David shoes? You simply can't! So don't fight it! To fight These brown and lime treasures is about as useless as trying to find them for under $50. Put these babies with a pencil skirt or a mini or some jeans. You'll wow anyone who you decide to walk all over everywhere you go.

The statement that these shoes make is a bold one. Who tosses a brown with a green without looking like an earth-mother? Charles David, apparently - and all it exudes is class. These are fun, though, so you don't have to wear them and automatically shove your nose in the air - make it playful! - just like these shoes beg you to be.

A.B.S., Chinese Laundry, & Baci - Oh My!

A.B.S. never seems to stop putting out the most elegant, yet bold styles in eveningwear. Who else would dare to put a roushed waist on ORANGE silk?! With a HALTER, no less! I'll tell you who - A.B.S.

So, maybe at first you think:

"Sure, Lindsay, that's a nice dream and a great dress. . . But there are no such things as shoes to match that killer dress! And my hips would cry if they knew that roushing in the waist was going to draw all eyes to them all night. . ."

OH, PLEASE.

First of all, the roushing on the waist will not only SLIM your "imperfections", but they will make your lines that of a sexy, firey hourglass.

And shoes? How dare you ask! There are a million and a half shoes in this world, darling, and to wear an exact match would be criminal! Which is why you hunt around for the perfect foot-embellishments to accent that glamourous look you've got.

First of all, a pump would be a no-no because of the solid, bold feeling that this dress just eminates. You want a strappy sandal that will casually slip out beneath the hem of this dress and say "Hello. . . I'm here for the show." Shoes that talk? Chinese Laundry's got you covered.

You wanted glam and look-at-me style? You got 'em. These bronze babies don't take over your entire foot and won't go a-flying off with your gracious poses for the guy at the bar. The lines and criss-cross action on this sandal mock the crossing halter of the dress.

"But Lindsay, there's no jewelry in the WORLD that would do this ensemble justice! I'm going to have to stick with a plain gold chain to keep it simple, right?"

WOMEN, BE SCORNED IF YOU DARE PUT A PLAIN GOLD CHAIN WITH THIS MIRACLE OF AN OUTFIT.

I can not emphasize it enough - you must shop around! For instance... This gold filigree wrist cuff pulls the shoes and dress together like flour and water, baby. And all these prices are so, so right!

So next time you feel like glamming it up for a night on the town - go no further than your designer dreamstop. There are always outlets that offer designer gams for less - check them out!
